Dear Meadow Farm Resident,
The lazy, hazy days of summer are upon us. It is a good time for an updated summary of real estate activity at Meadow Farm.
Since January of 2007, Meadow Farm has had five closings noted in the Multiple Listing Service. Closing prices ranged from $235,000 to $248,000. As of mid-June, three other units are under contract awaiting closing. There are no active listings available in the complex. No units are listed for rental property.

Dear Meadow Farm Resident,
The year is coming to an end and the holidays are upon us. It is a good time to summarize real estate activity at Meadow Farm.
Since January of 2006, Meadow Farm has had 15 closings in the Multiple Listing Service. Closing prices ranged from $219,000 to $245,000. As of December 1st, 2006, there are two active listings in the complex. One is a townhouse for $239,900 and one is a ranch for $249,900. There is one unit under contract on show status and one unit under deposit status awaiting closing. There are no rentals available.

One home is in a deposit stage having been listed for $233,500 and another is just under contract, having been listed for $237,500. The selling range for the year is from $205,000 to $239,000. All these homes were townhouses.

Yes, Fall is around the corner, as the leaves on
the trees are starting to show color. Time to review the year
